Step by step instructions, how to use ExpressZip when unzipping your files from DLL-files.com.

If you don't have ExpressZip, you may purchase (only $19.95) a downloadable version - ready to use directly after purchase!
You may also use this guide, even if you're not using ExpressZIP. But the zip-program you are using, may not function they same way as ExpressZip.

  • Start ExpressZip from your startmenu
  • 1 - Click on "Open" and browse to the zip-file on your computer
  • 2 - Select the dll-file in the list
  • 3 - Click on "Extract"
Unzip instructions
  • 4 - In the new window that opens up, choose "Selected files/folders"
  • 5 - Choose "Overwrite existing files/folders (make sure you backup any file before overwriting it!)
  • 6 - Browse to the location on your computer, where you would like to extract the file. We recommend you to unzip the file to the directory of the program that is requesting the file. If that doesn't work, you will have to extract the file to your system directory. By default, this is C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me), C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000), or C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP).
  • Reboot your computer
  • If the problem still occurs, try the following:
    • 1. Press Start and select Run
    • 2. Type CMD and press Enter
    • 3. Type regsvr32 "filename".dll and press Enter
  • If you still have problems after these instructions, we recommend you to get help by our Live Support
